NOT all hand sanitisers are necessarily BIOCIDE.
We defined our products to eliminate or to kill some organisms (virus), in such case hand sanitising gels are considered a biocide product.  If it is just to clean your hands, it will be considered as cosmetics (eliminates only bacterias - same effect as soap).

The definition is clear:
- for Biocide (what our products are): Biocidal products are substances or preparations intended to destroy, repel, render harmless, prevent or control harmful organisms by chemical or biological action.
- for Cosmetic: means any substance or mixture intended to be placed in contact with the external parts of the human body (epidermis, hair system, nails, lips and external genital organs) or with the teeth and the mucous membranes of the oral cavity with a view exclusively or mainly to cleaning them, perfuming them, changing their appearance, protecting them, keeping them in good condition or correcting body odours;
